Building on the ideas of an investment fund and tech hub; encourage small businesses to set up with a focus on the environment. Llanelli is unfortunately blighted by litter and flytipping, so businesses that could potentially upcycle some of these waste materials should be given more encouragement. This would hopefully encourage people to "drop off" useful waste items and material, thus removing them from the waste stream. A reduction in litter and flytipping may follow suit.
Again a very good tie in with the country park/coastal areas /health and fitness and putting Llanelli on the map for being a centre for Eco commerce would be amazing
