The budget for Handi Transit should increased four (4) times as at this time there are between one thousand (1000) to fifteen hundred (1500) rides being denied. Some of the rides are only half way: ride to destination but no ride back or no ride to destination but a return home. If the rider is not at either locations they are charged as a "no show". this means that the rider has to pay for the missed ride even if it is Handi's responsibility.
If Handi was made more responsible for their actions and made better planning on the trips. Most trips have only one (1) person on the vehicle when there is room for more people especially the buses.
