消防局狹小巷弄清冊與各里防災地圖等資訊應該重繪為標準地理圖資，並且開放資料

目前所公開的狹小巷道清冊( http://119.tainan.gov.tw/list.asp?nsub=G5A000 ) 與各里防災地圖( http://119.tainan.gov.tw/page.asp?nsub=F0A400 )都不是使用標準的地理資訊格式，因此只有告示用途無法延伸其他應用，應該要重新製作成為地理圖資並且開放資料，讓這些資訊可以在民眾生活周遭應用
