The entry statue and surrounding display is dated, dirty and needs repair. We should consider at least making it presentable again, and possibly replacing some of the elements with a new design
Uninviting to potential home buyers; would encourage new folks to come in
Placement of welcome area is no longer the main entry into the community
Grim indicates longevity. Keep the dirt.
