Help Denton School generate upto £8k a year with Solar Power

Denton School is perfectly situated to make the most of solar power but as a small school it is hard to generate funds for a project like this with high upfront costs. With the assistance of funding we can deploy a large Solar PV system which will greatly reduce our power bill and provide more funds for education. This will also allow us to make renewable energy a huge focus for our children, educating them on the benefits of "being green" and promoting these ideals to the next generation.

Points

Did you know that schools can’t borrow cash for solar panels. Not being able to afford the setup costs of solar power means we are missing out on upto £8,000 every year. The panels pay for themselves in around 8 years – making schools thousands of pounds thereafter. This will bring a huge focus on the environment to our school and help us to promote environmental values to our children for years to come. This will have a massive long term benefit for our children and environment.
